Welcome, and thank you for taking on the responsibility of coordinating a Challenge Day for your school. As coordinator, you're the main point person that makes the day possible. You will be responsible for: 

1. Attending each of your planned Challenge Day Programs in its entirety
2. Acting as primary contact with your Challenge Day Client Relations Manager
3. Ensuring that a counselor will attend each Challenge Day and be responsible for
timely follow-up support needed by Youth Participants
4. Recruiting volunteers for your Challenge Day Planning Committee
5. Coordinating committee meetings and activities
6. Distributing roles/tasks to Committee members
7. Ensuring that all students who participate have permission from parents/guardians
and the number of student participants does not exceed 100

We will share a Logistics Portal with you that will help you check off all the tasks you need, and coordinate with your team.
