In addition to the large workshops, we have a series of classes that we offer. The classes give the participants an opportunity to take an experiential deeper dive into the philosophy of Challenge Day's principles that we cover in the large workshops.
So many of the reactions we have, the reasons we numb out come down to desperately running away from feeling uncomfortable. This class really gets to the root of how to be with move through discomfort in a healthy way with the tool and practice of mindfulness.
