Engage in Experiential Social Emotional Learning

Social and Emotional Learning for Educators
1-1.5 hours - This workshop puts SEL areas into motion for educators, giving us a chance to practice the tools we'd like students to learn. Short and long workshops available.
Adverse Childhood Experiences and Learning
3 hours - This workshop focuses on the "why" of challenging student behavior, reminds teachers of their own childhood struggles, calls our reactions into question while helping us think of alternatives, and offers concrete trauma sensitive support for educators.
Connection, Communication and Teambuilding Workshops and Retreats
6-6.5 hours – or 1, 2 or 3 day retreats – These programs focus on strengthening the teaching community and building connection by increasing communication, deepening compassion and inspiring a culture of appreciation and commitment among educators.
1, 2 and 3 day programs - This workshop series is a highly experiential staff and team building program designed to connect and inspire participants with the power of team and shared vision regarding the youth you serve. Similar in flow to Challenge Day programs, the primary purpose is to create shared experience, personal celebrations, and acknowledgement for both faculty and staff. The format provides participants a glimpse of what students experience in Challenge Day programs while creating a perfect backdrop for the program leaders to explain the goals and philosophies that make Challenge Day so impactful for transforming relationships in schools.
The Be the Change Faculty/Staff programs can be adapted, expanded, or contracted to meet your needs, and include the option of a two or three-day Be the Change Educators Retreat. These programs are ideal as a launch to a new school year or as a social and emotional recharge for faculty and staff that might benefit from an inspirational boost.
