Erica was born and raised in Colorado. She has a deep love for the outdoors and adventure. During her upbringing she was highly influenced by working in her family’s restaurants. She grew a curiosity for all things; Spirituality as well as psychotherapy and holistic health. She got what she calls a “divine intervention”, stumbling into the Challenge Day program. She was able to volunteer with Challenge Denver and is grateful to have attended so many Challenge Day events. Yoga and Ayurveda began to make an entrance in her life at age 18 and helped her to overcome ongoing autoimmune disorders through food, fitness and faith. She is passionate about helping people hear the wisdom of their own hearts in order to heal and step up into our highest potential in every arena of life. As a transplant to California, Erica is turning a new leaf in life and business. She has begun her path of hosting workshops and fundraisers with Challenge Day and Yoga with the intention of fulfilling that mission. Simultaneously she is enjoying getting to know the beauty and diversity of the Bay area and surrounding scenery.
If you really knew me, you would know…
- I have two baby brothers that I love more than I love to breathe. I am still learning how to love them best.
- I love silence & stillness. I love going to retreats but I love the retreat feeling in real life moments even more.
- I have the best four (2 sets) of parents in the world. My best friend says that I talk about my parents more than anyone else she knows. That’s because I look up them and am proud to carry on their legacy.
