Getting Help

Hi, this is Rich and Yvonne. We are the co-founders of Challenge Day. We are so glad you are reaching out for support. We want you to know that we care. Our work is in schools and communities and unfortunately we do not have the capability to do one-on-one counseling or personal support, so our organization has researched these numbers to provide you with a way to get help.

If you call these numbers and you don't get the help you need, please don't give up. There are people in your school, families and communities that care about you and want to be there for you. Getting help is the first step in creating the life of your dreams, so you can be the change too!

* If your problem is life threatening, a medical emergency or you are a victim of abuse, please call 911.
