Booking Policies

Trips requiring travel more than 1 hour from Concord, CA

For each trip that requires Challenge Day Leaders to travel more than one hour outside of Concord, CA, a minimum of three (maximum of four) consecutive Challenge Day program days must be booked. Each trip can be booked entirely by one school, or a maximum of two schools may share one trip. For example, School “A” schedules a Challenge Day for Monday and Tuesday, with School “B” scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday. The two schools must be within one hour driving distance from each other.

Payment Date Options

  1. Your Challenge Days can be paid in full as early as contracts are completed.

    2. Or
  2. Your Challenge Days can be paid in three installments: 90, 60, and 30 days before your event, using the following formula: $3,200 broken down as follows: $1200 for the 1st installment, $1,000 for the second, and $1,000 for the third for each program day.

Here are two examples:

EXAMPLE A: You are having a Challenge Day on 1/30/2008.

Balance for Program Days: $3,200

EXAMPLE B: You are having two Challenge Days, one on 1/30/2008 and one on 1/31/2008.

Balance for Program Days: $3200 x 2 = $6400
