The Be the Change Workshop will help you create closer relationships with your friends and family, and give you the inspiration, hope, and compassion that we all want and need! You will:

  • Learn and practice safe, healthy, and effective ways for dealing with and expressing emotions.
  • Learn how you can make the most of every day, even when things happen that you don’t like, or are out of your control.
  • See that other people may have gone through the same types of things, or might understand how you are feeling.
  • Step outside your comfort zone in fun and exciting ways!
