Tricia Jones (Ph.D., Ohio State University, 1985) is a Professor in the Department of Psychological Studies in the College of Education, Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. Her teaching and research interests are in interpersonal, group and organizational conflict processes with special emphasis on conflict resolution education and social and emotional learning programs for regular and special needs populations in K-16 institutions.
